This is the eighth episode of the Blind Tiger Podcast, recorded on July 22nd, 2013. In this episode Mike and I pay homage to the unfiltered German wheat style known as hefeweizen. We each selected what we thought was an excellent yet accessible version of this style to pit in single combat in beer versus beer.
This episode we start out with the fun intro question to get our panel chatting. The question posed was; “If you could share a pint with a famous person, living or dead, who would it be and what would you share to drink?”
We also celebrate the triumphant return of Beers from Around the World as Mike takes on a journey of great beers and cheese from all parts of the world.
Mike also answers the how and why of a beers carbonation in “Homebrew 101″
