This episode we start out with the follow question to get our panel chatting.  The question is; “If you could choose the official beer of a professional sport, what would be the sport and who would sponsor it?”

We discuss a recent accident at a Dogfish Head brewing facility that could have ended in disaster but thankfully didn’t.  We discuss the dangers of brewing on an industrial scale and how the explosion of growth of some breweries has led to less than ideal safety records.

We take a trip across the pond to discuss the fine “real ales” of Great Britain and the Great British Beer Festival.

The show wraps up with a little international drinking flavor with some English pub etiquette advice.
